During the University Council, Dr. Desouky: We are keen to provide a Safe Environment and a Suitable Psychological Atmosphere for Students to conduct Exams

 Today, Monday, the University Council, headed by Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, holds its periodic session in the Council Hall to discuss a number of issues related to the educational and research process, and to review developments and topics presented to the Council, in the presence of Major General Gamal Nour El-Din, Governor of Kafrelsheikh; Dr. Mohammed Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs; Dr. Ismail El-Qon, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Dr. Amany Shaker, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Ali Sabry, Secretary General of the University, the deans, and the Counselor Abd Allah Ghallab, legal advisor of the university.

During the council, the president reviews the follow-up of the second semester exams, which begin during the month of May, and stresses the university's keenness to provide a safe environment and a suitable psychological atmosphere for students to perform the exams.

The president also directs to activate the state of emergency in the medical administration and clinics within the faculties, and to emphasize the presence of all medical and nursing staff, and to provide medicines and first aid, to face any emergency cases during exams, directing the deans of the faculties to be present during the exam days.

The President praises the great efforts made by the political leadership in providing all services to citizens through the presidential initiatives that it launches to improve the quality and standard of life of citizens and provide their requirements and needs.

The president also directs the deans to intensify the university's efforts, stressing the university's continuation in launching medical, veterinary and agricultural convoys, educational seminars, events and various activities, and the positive contribution to capacity building in the health, environmental, veterinary and social fields, in cooperation with the "Dignified Life" initiative, in order to activate the university's role in community service and environmental development at the governorate level.
