Examination and survey of subclinical mastitis
in some Egyptian governmental and private dairy farms in Kafr EL-Sheikh
governorate.
2- Isolation of some pathogens causing subclinical mastitis from milk samples using
conventional bacteriological methods.
3- Molecular identification of
these pathogens by using PCR and gene sequence analyses.
4- Immunological assay of
subclinical markers such as
lactoferrin (Lf) in milk samples by using ELISA.
5- Immunological measurement of
subclinical mastitis biomarkers including: the acute phase proteins (APP),
haptoglobin (Hp) and serum amyloid A (SAA) in the milk samples by using ELISA.
