As well, the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary assures that the university aim is to pay attention to students educationally or for health, so university seeks to equip university hospital which will be opened in the next year and integrated with the role of the Ministry of Health in presenting educational, training, therapeutic and awareness service for people of governorate.

He assures that medical process will not stop at hospital, but it will establish many medical centers on an area of 11 acres (center for motherhood and childhood, center for diseases and surgeries of heart and Oncology Center) so that the medical city that we seek to achieve and see it inside university and governorate is completed as our governorate is famous for its low medical services and the rate of HIV infection.

Prof Dr Hasan el Batta assures that HIV cases reached 4% of the total population about 2 billion people over the world infected with hepatitis B virus.

As well, he assures that the surgeons, dentists and staff of laboratories, blood banks and dialysis and also Obstetricians and Gynecologists are more people at risk for infection of this disease, so he stressed that it is necessary to take serum and vaccine for the prevention of HIV infection.

Otherwise, Prof Dr Mustafa Muhammadi, the Executive Director of the Center of the vaccine, explains that there is big difference between serum and vaccine as vaccine is prevention before the occurrence of disease as when human intakes it, its affect appears and produces antibodies from 10-15 days after taking it, but for serum, its effect and impact appears immediately after taking it.

Dr Mustafa assures the importance of taking vaccine whether the individual is infected or uninfected as it is safe for all ages and everyone should take it as it is good for all, prevention is better than cure.
