The president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary
issued a resolution No 4765 on 16 January 2013 about forming wise persons
committee under the authority of Prof Dr Saber Abdu Jaheen, the professor
emeritus in Soil Department. It includes elite of staff who have contributions
in university:

The Committee Idea:
1) The safety and stability of university
prevents conflicts among staff members and solves problems early before the
problems develop.
2) Conflicts and problems among people are
phenomenon inherent to Egyptian Society as there is no society without problems
and conflicts, so the president suggests forming wise persons committee from
the experts' men and who have competence and considered as mind and conscience
of university.
3)
One of the basic goals for committee is to
reform among staff members and solve conflicts inside university as university
and self-responsibility values require us to take responsibility as the
promotion of virtue and the prevention of Vice.
The Specialism of Wise Person committee:

Its specialism is to solve conflicts and reform among
staff members in case of happening problems and conflicts before developing and
reaching legal office.
The Mechanism of committee's function:

To get rid
of conflicts, one should take into account the following:
1)
The study of problems' causes that committee wants to
solve to see the full picture of problem and the relationship between the past
of problem and present.
2)
The study of documents and evidence that every part
presents before putting solutions.
3)
The provision of understanding about the nature of
people and their psychological composition (parties of problem).
4)
The demands of every part and cognition of environment
and customs in which the problem happens.
5)
The choice of date and place for meeting of parties
and provision of comfortable talk atmosphere far away from tension and temper.
When the intermediaries feel that they did not achieve rapprochement in the
first session, it should be delayed to a certain appointment and should be
patience until it is solved.
6)
The putting of preliminary perceptions for solutions
before it is presented as final version. If there is a difference between
parties before accepting solution, they can present more than one conception
for solutions that satisfy the parties.
7)
The intermediates should be acceptable for the two
parties.
8)
The parties should accept the results of mediation and
arbitration.
9)
They should document the solutions to maintain rights.
