What was discussed by the Scientific Conference of the Department of Mechanical Engineering:-

The faculty members and the assistants in the department directed some ways to help them keep pace with the labor market and the continuous development in modern technology, including
- Review some of the problems facing students in the department
- The need to obtain training courses (cources) that qualify them to the external labor market
- The need for cooperation between students and repeaters and non-dependence method of indoctrination in obtaining information.
