The faculty council agrees the upgrade of Eng Jalal Abed el Hamid, administrator in civil engineering department, for assistant lecturer degree according to the approval of department council on 23/4/2013 as he gets Master's degree in civil engineering (construction engineering) as well as passes FLDC courses.
