The manager of Islamic Development Bank sends a book for council municipality for the minister of Higher Education about Islamic Bank program for scholarships for smart people in high technology sciences for the academic year 2013/2014. This program enables them to get Doctorate (three years) and post doctoral researches (from 6 to 12 months).
