 The President of Kafr El-Sheikh University continues his field visits to inspect the first semester exams for the academic year 2025/2026 and the examination control centers of the Faculty of Engineering.

 

Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Acting President of Kafrelsheikh University, continued his field visits to monitor the progress of the first semester exams for the 2025/2026 academic year. He inspected the exam halls in the Faculties of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Engineering, and Sports Science, as well as the exam control rooms in the Faculty of Engineering. This visit reflects the university administration's commitment to closely monitoring the examination process and ensuring its complete integrity. The university president was accompanied on his tour by Dr. Abdel Fattah Heliel, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Ahmed Zeina, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Science, and the vice deans of the faculties.

During his tour, Dr. Ismail emphasized that the university prioritizes the students' well-being and psychological comfort. He stressed that exams are not a means of pressuring students, but rather a genuine tool for measuring their academic achievement in a disciplined, safe, and fair environment. He directed that direct communication with students in the exam halls be maintained, that any comments or complaints be heard, and that they be addressed immediately.

He also inspected the examination control centers at the Faculty of Engineering, ensuring the smooth operation of the monitoring and grading processes. He commended the meticulous adherence to regulations, the precision of the work, the excellent organization, and the complete confidentiality maintained. He emphasized that the Faculty of Engineering's control centers serve as a model of discipline, commitment, and adherence to regulations, guaranteeing that every student receives their full rights without any addition or omission.

Dr President also praised the students' discipline within the examination halls and their compliance with instructions. He expressed his appreciation for the significant efforts exerted by faculty members, invigilators, and staff working in the control centers. He affirmed that the grading process is conducted concurrently with the exams to ensure the swift and accurate announcement of results without compromising quality standards.

He stressed that Kafrelsheikh University will not tolerate any negligence or shortcomings in the administration of examinations or control centers. He emphasized that the university will rigorously enforce the law against any attempt to disrupt order or compromise the integrity of the examination process, in accordance with the Universities Organization Law and its executive regulations.

Dr. Abdel Fattah Helil, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, affirmed that the faculty has taken all necessary measures to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations and to provide a calm and secure environment for students. He emphasized the full commitment to examination regulations within the examination halls and control rooms, and the collaborative teamwork to ensure the examination process reflects well on Kafrelsheikh University.

Similarly, Dr. Ahmed Zeina, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, confirmed that the faculty has taken all necessary measures to provide a suitable and secure examination environment for students, while fully adhering to the standards of transparency and fairness. He stressed the commitment of the faculty and administrative staff to addressing any obstacles that students may encounter during the examinations.

A number of students expressed their appreciation for the ongoing inspection tours by the university leadership, stressing that this field presence reflects a genuine concern for their comfort and the transparency of the exams, and contributes to providing a stable psychological climate that helps them perform their exams with confidence and peace of mind.
