Egyption Journal of Plant
Protection Research, Kafr El-Sheikh university is published four times a year,
and the four numbers make one volume. the journal is open to all papers in the
area of Pesticides, Environmental Chemistry, Toxicology, Pest Control,. Entomology and Plant
Pathology.
General Instructions.
1- Articles must be original reports on
basic or applied research not previously or simultaneously published in any
other scientific or technical Journal.
2- Manuscripts must be submitted in
duplicates, type written, double spaced and on one side only. All pages,
including tables and illustrations, should be consecutively numbered.
Organization of the paper.
HEADING. The title of the paper should be concise and informative.
AUTHOR'S NAME. The name(s) should be followed by the name of
the Institutes or laboratories where the work has been done.
ABSTRACT. Every manuscript must contain concise abstract
of about 200 words.
INTRODUCTION. This should briefly state the purpose of the
work A brief introduction about the problem must be included.
MATERIALS AND METHODS. Adopted methods should be
described in brief and new ones in detail.
RESULTS. Presented concisely, objectively and in orderly
fashion.
DISCUSSION. This should include a concise interpretation of
the results, their special or general significance.
LITERATURE CITES. Is to be identified in the
text by the author's name, tile year of publication and arranged
alphabetically. The general form is as follows.

TABLES AND FIGURES. Each table or figure must be
numbered according to the sequence of its appearance in the text and inserted
immediately after the page containing the first reference to it.
PROOFS. The senior author will receive a galley Prof. for the
accepted manuscript. The Prof. should be corrected on receipt and returned
immediately to the secretary.
REPRINTS. Each author is allowed 20 reprints free of
charge. Additional reprints must be ordered from the secretary at the time tile
authors receive the galley proofs.
