Laying down the foundations that govern the meetings with the specialists who determine the final elements of the problems aiming at identifying the information needed to be studied.

Keeping up with high standards of information and supporting of thinking processes needed in decision making.

Saving the time needed for decision making especially in the time of crisis and catastrophes.

Determining less expensive alternatives for achieving an economic decision making

Faster data display via using computer in the processes of collecting and analyzing of data

Giving a full-scale importance for every alternative to support any good decisions

Improving communication links between decision makers and databases.

Providing previous studies for the administration in order to make the best use of it

Supporting and updating decision making systems.       

 

 

Participating in the implementation of (the measurement of the balanced performance of colleges from 23/11 until 25/11/2009

• Participating in the implementation of a training workshop on  (the Measurement of Balanced Performance of colleges from 22/12 until 24/12/2009

• Participating in the implementation of a training workshop on (the Activation of the Special units ...  

• Preparing correspondence and addressing colleges' members to attend workshops and carrying out all tasks according to the instructions of the Unit Director/manager.

• Making visual presentations needed for the implementation of the workshops.

 

 

Information and Statistics Administration

 

Achievements of Administration:

 

• Issuing the first edition of the Statistical Bulletin, "July 2009"

 

•Preparing the second edition of the Statistical Bulletin, "January 2010".

• Participating in data entry about the scientific devices to the database dedicated to the scientific devices of the university after collecting data from colleges and analyzing and checking it.

 

• Preparing the data necessary for the booklet titled "Kafrelsheikh University," which includes information on the origin, history of the university and its colleges, the number of students and faculty members, and most of the activities, the awards granted and the future projects of the university.

 

• Participating in the preparation and issuing the guide of the president/head of the university's decisions for the academic year 2008.

 

Participating in the preparation and issuing of the first edition of the Journal titled "An Eye-Witness to the University"

 

• Participating in collecting the data necessary for the preparation of the first edition of Kafrelsheikh University toppers' guide for the academic year 2009.

 

• Participating in the preparation and the output of a booklet titled Kafrelsheikh University in 2010.

•Participating in the preparation and issuing of the third edition of My University magazine, February 2010.

• Participating in the preparation of the fourth anniversary celebrations of the university on19/4/2010.

•Exchanging correspondence, newsletters, manuals and various guides between the administration of Statistics in the   Information Center of the university and its likes in other universities.

 

 

• Replying to correspondence and providing the required data and information on Kafrelsheikh University to the Ministry of Higher Education and the Supreme Council of Universities and the Center of Information and Documentation in the Ministry of Higher Education, of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, the Public Office of the Governorate, the office of the General Secretary's Office of the Governorate, the Information Center in the General Office of the Governorate.
