Within the policy of university that aims to achieve interaction and integration between systematic scientific thought and community thought, this sector, as the main window for community, seeks to bring coherence and compatibility between the university as intellectual scientific beacon and community as fertile land for the application of systematic scientific thought and transfer it to applied scientific thought.

 

On the other hand, one of responsibilities of this sector is to support, encourage and create environment development in university through establishing special centers and units in university and its faculties to be able to meet the needs of university and surrounding community as well as presenting many activities and distinguished services such as scientific consultants in different fields as well as training for computer science, languages, small projects and veterinary campaigns and others which serve community and surrounding community.?
