The elections of secretary and assistant secretary for the academic year 2011/2012 were held on Thursday 29/3/2012 at 1 pm and the results were announced as the following:

1)    Refaat Saleh Hasan Othman, the fifth year, is the secretary and the secretary of social activity and trips committee.

2)    Ans Ali Mohamed Zahran, the fourth year, is the assistant secretary and the assistant secretary of the scientific activity and technology committee.
