Under the patronage of Professor Yehia Zakaria Eid, President of Kafrelsheikh University, and Professor Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research,
The Journal of Specific Education and Technology: Scientific and Applied Research, published by the Faculty of Specific Education, Kafrelsheikh University, has achieved a new scientific milestone by receiving the highest rating (7) in the 2026 evaluation of Egyptian scientific journals for the fourth consecutive year.
This distinguished rating reflects the prestigious academic standing attained by the Journal and demonstrates its commitment to the highest standards of scientific publishing, rigorous peer review, and regular publication. It further strengthens researchers' confidence in the Journal as a reputable scholarly platform for publishing specialized research and studies in the fields of Specific Education and Technology.
This achievement represents a continuation of the Journal's successive accomplishments over recent years and is the culmination of the dedicated efforts of the Editorial Board, esteemed reviewers, and researchers in advancing the quality of scientific production and enhancing the Journal's presence at both the national and Arab levels.
Professor Naglaa Hosny El-Ashraf, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, Kafrelsheikh University, expressed her great pride in this achievement, emphasizing that the Journal's attainment of Rating (7) is a genuine outcome of collective teamwork, the dedication of all those involved, and their commitment to applying the highest standards of quality and excellence in academic publishing.
She also extended her sincere appreciation to Professor Wajida Hammad, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, as well as to the Journal's team, headed by Professor Shaimaa Abdelrahman, Managing Editor of the Journal; Professor Amira Okasha, Director of the Public Service Center; Dr. Hossam El-Gazzar, Financial Officer of the Journal; and Mr. Hesham Abbas, Administrative Officer of the Journal, in recognition of their continuous efforts and sincere dedication to advancing the Journal and strengthening its scientific reputation.
The Dean further affirmed that the Faculty will continue to provide all forms of support to the Journal in order to further develop it, expand its dissemination, and enhance its presence in international scientific databases and indexing services, thereby contributing to serving researchers and supporting the advancement of scientific research at Kafrelsheikh University.
She concluded by extending her congratulations to everyone involved in the Journal, praying that God may bless their efforts with success and acceptance, and that the journey of excellence and achievement will continue, contributing to the advancement of our University and the progress of our beloved homeland, Egypt.
