The Department seeks to enhance scientific, practical, and applied skills and advance scientific research in order to graduate students capable of meeting the current and future needs of the labor market in the fields of Nutrition and Food Sciences, Home and Institutional Management, Clothing and Textiles, while utilizing modern technologies and advanced sciences across all areas of Home Economics and contributing effectively to solving family and community problems.
