Within the cooperation between the ministry of the higher education and the manager of nongovernmental educational Rondine Association, a training program entitled “the Arab Spring” is presented as it is not a trouble spot, but it is an opportunity to communicate with the Arab culture and what happens in this region. Moreover, it is a program to prepare the leaders of future in the field of the general management and only five scholarships are specified for every country with the training, residence and internal transportation for six months in July2012 under the authority of the two Italian ministries of foreign and international cooperation and Trinto University in the north of Italy.
