The Research, Development and Innovation programme (RDI-2), is launching a call for proposal for a number of Focal Points (RDI Focal Points (RDI FP), Thematic National Contact Points (NCP) and Technology Transfer Officers (TTO)) at various public and private higher education and scientific research institutions in Egypt.

    The current call for proposal comes within the framework of the RDI-2 programme, as one of its main components “the Research Networking Unit” aims at enhancing information dissemination within the Egyptian S&T institutions and industry. Such enhancement of information dissemination would be realized through a support given to a decentralized network of Focal points at Universities, research institutions, industries, etc.

Focal Points areas of interest / geographical coverage at each institution / area are chosen according to several parameters which includes, but not limited to: number of researchers, number of publications, research excellence at the institutions.
