A seminar held on Tuesday 11/12/2012 at 10 am entitled “the safety and quality of food” in the conference hall No 515 in the faculty of Agriculture under the authority of Prof Dr Maged el Kemary, the president; Prof Dr Atef Youssef Salem, the dean and the seminar head; Prof Dr Abed el Basit Abed el Aziz, the vice head and the head of food industries department; Prof Dr Mahmoud Saber, the seminar rapporteur and the professor emeritus of food industries department and Prof Dr Mohamed Awad Saad, the seminar coordinator and the assistant professor in food industries department.
