1)    A form of high school.

2)    Birth certificate.

3)    6 personal photos.

4)    Model No 2 of military service for males.

5)     Nomination card from coordination office.

6)    Tuition fee:

281.50 pounds +75 pounds for  interview+ 50 pounds for medical examination for the students of art and music departments + 5 pounds for the for desires forms except the students of art and music departments.
