On the recommendation of the Cultural Relations Committee with the approval of the request from prof. Dr. Mohammed Mohamed El-khouly - Professor, chemistry Department, where requesting its sovereignty travel to Kuwait as a visiting professor to the Kuwait University during the period from 24-30 August 2015 for scientific exchange and lecturer of a number of scientific lectures in “analysis using laser-rays”-payable from the inside in accordance with the rules applicable in this regard
