on the recommendation of the Committee of Cultural Relations Committee with the approval of the request from Dr. Abdel Hamid elshaer –lecturer- Physics Department, where requesting to attend the Conference organized by the Faculty of graduate studies - Benisuef University, 17-20/11/2015, where  a research is acceptable  for sovereignty in the Conference-that paied for sovereignty amount (1000 pounds) of the budget for cultural relations in the faculty in accordance with the rules applicable in this regard.
