Mr. President issued the decree no.  (123) for the year 2009 on 22/4/2012 to establish the faculty of science at Kafrelsheikh university with the following departments:

     ·Mathematics department

     ·Physics department

     ·Chemistry department

     ·Zoology department

     ·Botany department

     ·Geology department

Moreover, all the staff members, of professors and assistant professors, who used to work at the scientific departments of faculty of education at Kafrelsheikh University, were transferred to work at the faculty.
