Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Yahya Zakaria Eid, University President, Professor Dr. Mahmoud Mohamed Awida, Dean of the Faculty, and Professor Dr. Anis Saleh Gheit, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and with the coordination of Professor Dr. Tariq Attia Abdel Rahman, Technical Coordinator of the Presidential Program (Mawadda) at the University, the training course was conducted by Professor Dr. Marwa Ghallab, Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and one of the certified trainers of the Mawadda team at the University.

This initiative is part of the cooperation between Kafr El-Sheikh University, representing the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the Ministry of Social Solidarity, to implement the training of the Presidential Program (Mawadda). A number of male and female students from the Faculty of Physical Therapy attended and interacted positively with the trainer.
The Mawadda initiative aims to strengthen the unity of the Egyptian family and reduce the divorce rates, which have risen significantly in recent years. The Mawaddah Initiative aims to provide those about to marry with the necessary psychological and social preparation to build a family and resolve any potential disputes.
The initiative also works to support family dispute resolution offices in their efforts to reduce divorce rates.
It contributes to reviewing legislation that supports the family and protects the rights of spouses and children.
The Mawaddah Initiative targets young people aged 18 to 25 who are about to get married.
