In his address, Prof. Yahya Eid expresses his deep joy at being present among his students within the university student housing. He further confirms that the university attaches great importance to student activities because of their vital role in developing students’ skills and shaping well-rounded personalities. He notes that active participation in cultural, artistic, and sports activities helps uncover hidden talents, nurtures creativity, and promotes the spirit of teamwork among students.

During the ceremony, the president personally honors the winning and distinguished students across a range of student activities. The recognitions include: International students, children of martyrs, memorizers of the Holy Quran, the ideal male student and the ideal female student, and winners of poetry, drawing, and football competitions.

The event also features the honoring of several long-serving dormitory employees who had reached the legal retirement age. This tribute acknowledges the dedicated effort and valuable contributions they made over many years in serving the students. The university president extended his sincere thanks and deep appreciation for their loyalty and devotion to their duties.

At the conclusion of the program, Prof. Yahya Eid joins the students for iftar inside the university student housing in a family-like setting that beautifully embodies the spirit of the blessed month of Ramadan. He reaffirms the university administration’s ongoing commitment to maintaining constant communication with its students and actively participating in their various events and activities.
