With the Start of the Second Semester…….Dr Dousoki: the University Seeks to Prepare Qualified Cadres Scientifically and Professionally able to Meet the Needs of the Society

 Today Sunday 9/2/2020, the President Prof Dr Abed El-Raziq Dousoki congratulates the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof Dr Khalid Abed el Ghaffar, the university students, its academic and administrative cadres for the start of the second semester for the academic year 2019/2020, Wishing a semester full of success and distinction.

 

As well, he says that the university has completed its preparations for the start of the second semester, received more than 70 thousand students and witnesses a high number of students attending lectures at all faculties.

Dr Dousoki also adds that all faculties have finished the preparation of the study schedules for the curriculums of the second semester, checked the maintenance of halls, buildings, devices and the preparations of laboratories, libraries and student housing, indicating that the rest of the results of the first semester exams will be announced to students no later than mid-February.

Otherwise, the president confirms that he has addressed the deans with the necessity of taking the necessary measures for the regularity of the study from the first day and paying attention to activating student activities in all faculties as well as encouraging students to participate in cultural, artistic, sportive and social activities and events.

Dr Dousoki mentions that the university organizes many cultural and awareness seminars in the presence of national symbols and personalities from various sectors aimed at refining the personality of students and developing their capabilities and talents for their practical life and preparing national cadres qualified scientifically and professionally able to meet the needs of society within the framework of implementing the directives of Abed El Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic, to develop the education system in Egypt and raise the level of graduates of Egyptian universities to keep pace with graduates of international universities.
