Goals:

     At the completion of the program, each student should:

 

1.     Practice competently, effectively, and ethically to promote health and quality of life of divers persons at the community

2.     Analyze selected concepts, models, and theories from nursing science and related disciplines for application in practice

3.     Integrates theoretical and practice based into nursing practice to meet the needs of diverse population at risk

4.     Possess the educational foundation for life –long learning, leadership

5.     Work in harmony within multidisciplinary health care teams utilizing effective group dynamic skills.

6.     Use effective, professional and interpersonal communication skills in dealing with patient/client, family, and health care team.

7.     Utilize critical thinking skills in the process of clinical decision-making related to the management of clients, family, group, and population health.

8. Utilizing the latest technological advancements in education and practice
