Unit objectives: -

The Quality Assurance Unit at the College of Nursing at Kafr El-Sheikh University aims to evaluate academic, administrative and community performance to develop the educational, research, community service and environment development process in order to obtain accreditation by the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation through: -

1. Promoting the principle of community participation for civil society institutions and associations interested in education to participate in monitoring and supporting the quality climate

2. Spreading the culture of quality and awareness of the importance of implementing evaluation programs among all faculty staff

3. Upholding the values ??of excellence and competitiveness in all majors of the college

4. Supporting the overall quality assurance and accreditation process and encouraging the academic departments to participate in all accreditation requirements

5. Exchanging experiences and ideas related to the development of education, research and community service activities with similar units in the faculties of Egyptian, Arab and international universities, and to benefit from them in achieving the desired development

6. The faculty meets the requirements and standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation to establish and activate an internal system for quality assurance in the college in the two axes of institutional capacity and educational effectiveness

7. Setting an operational plan to improve learning outcomes and outcomes in the college and follow up on its implementation

8. Preparing special databases that include (faculty members - assistants of faculty members - employees - college students - programs and courses - college graduates) to support decision-making in the college

9. Organizing training courses, conferences and workshops in the field of total quality

10. Establishing a system for measuring and evaluating the college’s performance (the educational program conforms to the academic reference standards, community participation, research and other scientific activities and the effectiveness of quality management and improvement)

11. Preparing and reviewing the periodic and annual reports of the self-evaluation that are considered as a reference for the various operational work of the college administration
