Today Thursday, the supreme council of universities, in its session at Alexandria University, honors Kafrelsheikh University President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education Prof Dr Khalid Abed el Ghaffar who presents the shield of Supreme Council of Universities to Prof Dr Maged el Kemary.

As well, Dr Abed el Ghaffar expresses his respect and appreciation to Prof Dr Maged el Kemary during the period of his presidency of Kafrelsheikh University, during which he fought for the promotion of his university to be at the forefront of Egyptian universities through the unprecedented construction movement witnessed by the University in his reign.

The minister adds that Prof Dr Maged el Kemary has contributed clearly and significantly to the development of research and university life, his positive participation in enriching university and academic life as well as achieving many achievements.

Furthermore, he also praises the remarkable development in various educational and research sectors at Kafrelsheikh University and the role of Prof Dr Maged el Kemary in maintaining and developing the status of Kafrelsheikh University as well as in his active participation in the activities and events of the Supreme Council of Universities and contributing to supporting his role and promoting the system of higher education in Egypt, adding that this reflected clearly in the progress of the university, and improving its ranking at the Arab and international levels according to the latest ranking of international universities.

From his part, Prof Dr Maged el Kemary expresses his thanks and appreciation to Prof Dr Khalid Abed el Ghaffaar, the minister of Higher Education and members of the Supreme Council of Universities for that honor.
