The administrative and academic pattern for the university
The development of the Administrative Pattern
Before the construction of the university, the faculties and the management of the branches did not have administrative patterns and financial degrees because the organizational pattern of university branch was based on the non-trainers employees who are not distributed for jobs suitable to them. Besides, the important sectors and managements were absent, so the following happens:
- An organizational map for the university is set and includes 18 general managements and 78 managements. This plan is signed from the central agency for organization and administration and run by legal process.

The managements repeated in the faculties and the university are combined to save the resources, to accelerate achievement and to be close to the foreign universities as the senate house in the university include the all university managements and take charge of the administrative jobs in it.

The training plans that achieve the needs of jobs, the university and the trainers are executed.

The development projects are combined with the managements and departments of information center to be one entity under the name (Development and Information Center).

A general management for the university security is added to the organizational map of the university and the central agency for organization and administration agrees.

The strategic planning unit and the quality assurance center are added to the organizational map of the university.
The development of administrative affairs
When the university was a branch of Tanta University, the administrative and financial affairs worked according to the laws and decisions of Tanta University, so Kafrelsheikh university management enacted laws and decisions suitable to it to control the administrative and financial work and follow the recurrent laws and books that organize the collegiate work.
In this context, the following deeds are finished:

The organization of the work in the administrative and financial work identical to the law and save effort and time.

The organization of running the staff’s and the employees’ files and the preparation of them in the suitable way after receiving them from Tanta University.

- A booklet which contains the organized rules of the rewards of the staff and the employees is prepared and displayed on the specialist authorities, confessed and run.

Cards describing all the jobs in the university, are prepared, displayed on the central agency for organization and administration, confessed and run.

The form of permanent committees for choosing the leaders and for the disciplinary councils identical to the laws.

The improvement of temporary and seasonal manpower’s status and their participating in assurance and pensions commission.

A schedule special for archives is put, showed on the national organization for archives and confessed.

An electronic archive is formed for all the important documents and files in the university and deposited in the development and information center.
The Development of the Academic pattern of the university
Some Faculties face the decrease of the staff and the assistant organization and others face the increase of them. Whereas, little of them contain suitable numbers of them, so it is essential to do the following:

The Development of Transport and Transition
The university in the beginning did not have transport and transition that helped to do its jobs as it had little decrepit transport and transition that cannot be fixed or updated and the following photos describes this

The university has made a deal with the prime minister, the minister of the higher education and the ministry of Finance to replace these transports with new ones and besides to buy what the university need for the services of students and education. The ministry of Finance tender at the level of the university results that the university has five bus, five minibus, fifteenth cars, eight pickup, ambulance and remnants cars.
