Today Sunday 4/4/2021, under the patronage of the President Prof Dr Abed El-Raziq Desouky, Prof Dr Hasan Youness, the vice president for post-graduation studies and research; Prof Dr Reda Salih, the vice president for community service and environment development affairs and Prof Dr Mohammad Abed El-All, the vice president for education and students’ affairs receive Quality Support and Qualifying for Accreditation Management by National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education in the presence of Prof Dr Mohammad Abu Wally, the manager of quality assurance center; Prof Dr Yahia Eid, the executive person of the dean of Faculty of Agriculture and Mr Ali Sabry, Secretary-General of the university.
The committee includes Prof Dr Ahmed Abed Allah soliman, Faculty of Science at Cairo University; Prof Dr Abdo Saud, Faculty of Agriculture at Cairo University; Prof Dr Mohammad Hatem Hashem, Faculty of Agriculture at Cairo University and Prof Dr Tarek Mohammad Youness, Faculty of Agriculture at Al-Azhar University.
As well, Prof Dr Hasan Youness, the vice president for post-graduation studies and research, reviews the university’s plan for quality support and its projects in the faculties as well as the university’s support for scientific research, which appears in the increase in the percentage of who won international scientific publishing awards by 148% over last year, explaining the increase in the infrastructure of the network unit at the university in terms of speed of the internet, switches, buying servers, air conditioning of the main control room for data, providing platforms for hybrid education, training engineers in the faculties on interacting with staff members and students so that every student gets his/her right in the educational process.
The vice president for community service and environment development affairs reviews the university’s plan for the environmental sector at the governorate level, the integrated monthly convoys "agricultural - veterinary - medical - guidance - awareness" and the university’s role in promoting the agricultural sector at Kafrelsheikh.
The vice president for education and students’ affairs speaks about the health services provided by the Faculty of Medicine, the University Hospital and the Students Hospital for the students of Kafrelsheikh University and the governorate.
From his part, Prof Dr Abedelrazek Youssef Desouky confirms that Kafrelsheikh University welcomes this visit which comes within the framework of cooperation between the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority and the university to advance the educational and academic process and follow up the institutional capacity and educational effectiveness in preparation for the institutional accreditation of the Faculty of Agriculture from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation, affirming that the university follows the latest scientific and technological methods in the methods of education and scientific research, which has had a great impact on the university's progress locally, in the Arab world, Africa and globally.
