Kafrelsheikh University Participates in the First Summit Forum for student exchange of Delta Universities

Under the patronage of the President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary, the university has participated in the first summit forum for student exchange of Delta Universities, organized by Benha University entitled “Together we make a difference” with a delegation of six male students and three male students led by Prof Dr Roshdy el Adawy, Assistant Professor of Agricultural Economics and General Coordinator of Student Activities.

As well, the student delegation visits fish farms in Faculty of Agriculture in “Moshthar area”, Biotechnology lab, Drinking Water and Sewage Company in Qalyubia Governorate, the library of Faculty of Computers and Information and Faculty of Applied Arts as well as glass bulbs factory and washing machine factory of Toshiba El Araby Company in Quesna.

The Assistant Professor of Agricultural Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Kafr El-Sheikh University, Dr Roshdy Shawky El Adawy, a founder of the family of founding generation, delivered a lecture entitled "The role of major national projects in bringing about sustainable development in Egypt and the Egyptian economy status".

At the end of the student forum in the conference hall of the Faculty of Commerce, Benha University, shields and certificates were distributed to the participating delegations in the presence of the President of Benha University, the Vice President of Benha University, the Governor of Qalyubia and Prof Dr Tayie Abed el Latif, councilor of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Student Activities and the Director of Leadership Development Institute in Helwan.

 

Otherwise, the President Prof Dr Abed el Raziq Dousoki stresses the importance of the presence of Kafrelsheikh University in educational and scientific forums, whether regional or local to introduce Kafrelsheikh University and its academic programs and activities in addition to communication and cooperation with prestigious local and global universities.
