Under the auspices of Eng Khalid Abed el Aziz, the Minister of
Youth and Sports and Dr Maged el Kemary, Kafrelsheikh University organizes
today Tuesday 21/2/2017a symposium "modern media and the wars of fourth
generation" within program "back to the roots" in which Mr Osama
Heikal, the previous minister of Media, the head of media and antiquities
committee and chairman of Media Production City will discourse.
The seminar begins with the speech of the president Prof Dr Maged
el Kemary who welcomes Mr Osama Heikal and the attendances as he talks about
the diversity of wars and its development from the wars of the first generation
which depend on confrontation between the two states or two methodical armies
to war under duress to what is known as wars of fourth and fifth generations or
war by representation to destabilize the state then impose a new reality taking
into account the interests of the major countries.
During his speech, Mr Osama Heikal stresses that there are ideas
worth to publish about the modern media and the wars of the fourth generation
that aim the youth speaking about the importance of the role of youth in facing
these wars and the role of state in how to achieve intellectual security for
the youth of Egypt.
At the end of his speech, he praises Kafrelsheikh University saying
"what he has seen in Kafrelsheikh University is a quantum leap in the
university education which we hope that all Egyptian Universities will walk in
the footsteps of Kafrelsheikh University.
