In the
framework of experts’ exchange among Egyptian Universities, the Faculty of
Science receives a delegation of the Faculty of Science, Zagazig University
under the authority of the head of Chemistry Department Dr Atef Amer to see the
enormous scientific possibilities and research labs characterized by the
Faculty of Science, Kafrelsheikh University, especially Nanotechnology, the
unique one among Egyptian Universities.
On the
sidelines of the visit, Prof Dr Maged el Kemary held a meeting with the
delegation of the Faculty of Science, Zagazig University in which he reviewed
the stages of establishing and development of the university through a
documentary film about the unprecedented enormous leap witnessed by the
university to become 17 faculties. It occupies a privileged position in the
field of scientific research as it ranked the second place in the field of
international scientific level and the first place within the classification of
green eco-friendly universities.

Kemary explained that Nanotechnology has added different and new properties of
materials, therefore, developmental and economic effects will be great and will
form an important changes in the global economy adding that Kafrelsheikh
University is nascent that develops in all hubs and pays attention to the
international dimensions according to international standards in terms of
scientific research and infrastructure. It also is interested in developmental
dimensions to graduate a generation that able to face labor market.
