The central library is a cultural community who seeks to present information in different way through providing books, magazines and scientific messages in different fields of knowledge, digital information sources by integration with digital library project and benefiting from its services and services that it present according to requests of library visitors and beneficiaries:

- Translation of researches and articles for different knowledge fields.
- The specialists discourse lectures about library services in occasions and ceremonies
- Guidance and direction for students in the use of library facilities.
