Aims:
To be locally, regionally and internationally a
distinguished or international accredited center for human development.
The mission:
The
center offers accredited training
programs for human
resources development in local, regional and international education institutions, in
the fields of education, scientific
research and the
distinguished administration. It prepares a qualified trainers and
advanced training programs according to the international standards
in order to serve the surrounding
community.
Strategic Goals:
* The development of
human resources in the Egyptian
educational institutions so as to be qualified for accreditation
and improvement of the quality of
education outcomes
* The contribution in developing of human resources in
some Arabic countries.
* The self-development of the center by openness on the civil institutions locally and regionally
* Increasing the number
of qualified trainers
in accordance with recognized the international standards.
* Increasing the number of
approved training materials to
offer a distinguished training
production for the Egyptian and Arabic institutions.
Sub-goals:
-Training
75% of the faculty members during the next five years.
-Training
50% of the members of the administrative body of the university during the next five years.
-Training
100% of academic and administrative leaders in the university
during the next five years.
- Qualification and
accreditation of 17 trainers of young faculty
members in the university during the
next five years (50% increases)
- The preparation and
accreditation of five training materials
of the programs provided by the center, according to the training needs in the university during the
next five years (one training material each year).

protocols between the center
and any third parties both locally and regionally.
-Activities:
*The implementation of 50 training programs / a year (three
training seasons) at the rate of 4 training programs/ a month
* The implementation of 18 training programs / a year
at the rate of 1-2 programs/ a month for the
administrative body
Activities and
achievements of the Center
After
the issuance of Presidential Decree No.
129 about the establishment of Kafr El-Sheikh University and
the beginning of the academic year in the first of August 2006, there was a later presidential decree about the appointment
of Mr. Prof.
Dr. Fawzy Ali Turkey as the
university president in order to construct a
modern university. One of the first construction decisions was the decision of establishing
the development projects management unit which
includes faculty and leadership Development
project. In the first of December 2006, this project starts its activity by establishing
Faculty and Leadership Development Center in
order to achieve the wishful aims and the project's mission. The center
