         Department of Architecture is one of the areas of engineering, which relates to man and his environment, changes and developments in them constantly to create an environment that satisfies the requirements of the individual and enrich its potential for a better life. The vision of the department to prepare a generation of architects are characterized by belonging to their community and local environment and Bhadrak responsibility entrusted to them and they have a scientific and creative thinking in developing solutions to the problems they face. The department aims at preserving the architectural identity of the Egyptian local and personal uphold principles and the Arab culture and Islamic continuing to communicate with the local community in all the various institutions.




     Study Program, Department of Architecture aims to create a qualified engineer intellectually, scientifically and technically capable of understanding society and extrapolate its requirements in the field of architecture to find solutions to contribute to the creation of an individual humane environment. To achieve these objectives the study program in the Department of Architecture has been promising to include sufficient grounds of humanitarian and technical sciences, academic The program relies on the following grounds:

1. foundations of design, development and refinement of technical capabilities and breeding a sense of emptiness, movement and colors.

2. history and theories of architecture to accommodate the past and understand the present and its data to form an architectural background theory.

3. Natural Science and Technology to see the properties of building materials and aspects of their uses and patterns, construction methods and the foundations of lighting, ventilation and environmental control and structural engineering foundations of reinforced concrete and soil mechanics and space.

4. shop drawings, specifications and quantities of building materials and works of art and legislation governing the architectural and urban activity and methods of implementation of the projects.

5. architectural design includes a preliminary study of the project of physical, social and functional requirements and the psychology of architectural vacuum, health and security considerations, changes and developments and future expansion of the project and the purpose and goal of the design and spatial programming and final designs.

6. principles of regional and urban planning and design, and his close relationship with increasingly important in urban development.




      Department of Architecture aims to prepare architect outstanding capabilities to carry out its tasks of preparing the designs and drawings of residential, administrative, educational and health projects and the work of supervision and follow-up as well as the preparation of general plans for urban and rural areas and plans of cities and others.
