Vision

The department represents conservative treatment with dental filling branches, root treatment and fixed fixtures. These branches are responsible for teaching basic, applied and clinical sciences in endodontics, root treatment and fixed fixtures for undergraduate students.

Mission

The Department of Conservative Treatment is considered one of the clinical departments and mainly concerned with preserving the hard tissues that make up the tooth, which are enamel and dentin, starting from the prevention of any disease, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, in order to reach a healthy dental function along with the cosmetic form of the patient and presenting a graduate Qualified and able to do so.

Objectives

Providing comprehensive, evidence-based and contemporary information in specific areas of endodontics, root treatment and fixed fixtures

Contributing to the promotion of dental science in the fields of filling, root treatment and fixed formulations by carrying out important and innovative research projects of high quality.

The department participates in the management and development of the college and curriculum development to provide health care to patients of the highest quality and provide educational experiences for dental practitioners
