Understanding Memorandum between Kafrelsheikh University and Delta University of Science and Technology

Today Wednesday, the President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary meets Prof Dr Yahia Abed el Azim Al-Mashad, the President of Delta University of Science and Technology and Eng Mohammad Rabie, the vice-president of University Board of Trustees.

During the visit, they discuss the ways of scientific and academic cooperation between the two universities via exchange of staff members and students, joint cooperation in scientific projects, joint research projects in Delta region and the provision of opportunities for administrators and assistant lecturers from Delta University of Science and Technology to register in faculties of Kafrelsheikh University.

As well, the President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary mentions that understanding memorandum comes within the framework of strengthening scientific and academic cooperation between public universities and private universities located in its geographical scope to raise the level of educational performance quality that will reflect on the higher education system in Egypt.

On the other hand, Dr Yahia Abed el Azim Al Mashad stresses the desire of Delta University of Science and Technology to continue cooperation activities with Kafrelsheikh University through its existing faculties of Pharmacy, Dentistry, Engineering and Business Administration, as well as with the new faculties that Delta University is seeking to establish:  Faculties of Medicine, Gas and Energy engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Applied Health Sciences and to benefit from the experience of Kafrelsheikh University in the establishment of new faculties.

 

At the end of the meeting, the President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary presents the university shield to Prof Dr Yahia Abed el Azim Al-Mashad, the President of Delta University of Science and Technology and Eng Mohammad Rabie, the vice-president of University Board of Trustees and the guests also present a shield on behalf of the Delta University of Science and Technology.
