State is always keen on improving the administrative system to provide quality service to the public; so is the Code of Ethics is an important tool for good public service and to facilitate internal and its dealings with the citizens, administration, and define business rules within the university. Therefore, I call upon the members of the university administrative system to read and understand the Code and processing of proposed questions to answer them during the training on the application of the Code in the coming period.
