Prof. Dr./ Majid El-Kamary - head of the University of Kafr El-Sheikh, during Deans' Council held this morning thanks to:

·        Ismailia Governor Major General Mr./ Yasin Tahir on the positive attitudes and support Kafr el-Sheikh University.

·        Students and administrators halls for their effort and performance supervisor in the celebration of Kafr el-Sheikh University on the occasion of the opening of the new Suez Canal.

·        Egypt good to contribute in a residential building for students furnishing.

·        Organizing Committee of the International Conference of Student Services at the University of Kafr el-Sheikh on the success of the conference.

·        The Council discussed:

1)   What's after the opening of the Suez Canal and the new role of the university in the center of the development of the Suez Canal? And how to take advantage of the positive energy and momentum achieved from the establishment of the new Suez Canal, so that the new school year, a year of hope and optimism and work in all areas.

2)   ways to reform and restore awareness of ethics among some faculty members at the university.

3)   maximize the use of available resources and wasted the university, such as the central university administration building stands under construction and some administrative offices colleges to contribute to increase the potential beneficiaries of the university.

4)   preparing for the opening ceremony of the new buildings the university colleges in proportion to the size of the unprecedented achievement.

5)   the criminalization of documents, documents, news and information false university with the aim of defamation or insult or slander or libel trading, the right someone.

6)   ways to overcome the weakness of the university marketing outputs and definition inspiring.

7)   prepare to receive the regiment Institute for Leadership Development of Egyptian university students at the University of Kafr el-Sheikh.

8)   prepare for the new school year colleges and departments of the university: -

-      The distribution of students on academic programs as desired by the student taking into account the possibility Forums.

-      The preparation of a program of seminars, and meetings to raise awareness of the political, religious and at the university level, and colleges, through specialists in this field.

-      Emphasis on the prohibition of the exercise of any partisan or ideological activities within the university, thus contributing to a stable start in college.

-      Preparation Academic Guidance Manual and guide students to guide and educate new students and registration of courses, including student activities and services, as well as definition of the faculty and departments, and to emphasize the importance of the student's commitment to the university norms and traditions.

-      Preparation of classrooms and processing means of the offer.

-      To provide the student laboratory experiments and laboratory chemicals necessary for the operation and raw materials.

-      Preparing tables for all academic programs.

-      Working groups awareness alumni to guide new students and introduce them to the stands and places of classrooms, laboratories, library and the Office of Student and Academic Affairs and Treasury departments.

-      Student Affairs welcomes new students and simplify all the files of students own procedures and record their wishes to join the different sections.
