A seminar on the requirements and skills of food product projects under the activities of the quality assurance unit

In the framework of the activities of the quality assurance unit.
 On Tuesday, November 14, 2017, a seminar on requirements and skills of food product projects was held by Dr. Essam Al-Sibai, 
Food Technology Instructor, Faculty of Agriculture, Kafr El-Sheikh University.
 
The main purpose of this seminar was to introduce students to the labor market 
in the field of food products and to review the requirements of food product 
projects for students wishing to set up a special food processing project.
 
At the beginning, Dr. Essam Al-Sibai spoke about the concept
 and types of food processing projects. He also explained the requirements of establishing food processing projects.
 He also presented examples of some of the financing institutions for food processing
 projects such as banks,
 Social Fund for Development, Small Enterprise Development Association, Self-financing.
 
His Excellency reviewed a number of requirements for the establishment of food processing projects
 such as the Juices and Juices industry, the Dried Tomatoes Project, the Mushroom Project,
 the Food Packaging and Packaging Project.
 
He pointed out that food processing projects can start with small
 or large capital, depending on the capabilities of young people.
 For example, a project such as dried tomatoes, mushroom project 
or food packaging project can start with a capital of 5,000 pounds 
or 10,000 pounds or twenty thousand fairy.
 
He pointed out that most of the small enterprises in the field of 
food processing do not need large areas for the establishment of the project, but it needs a location close to the availability of 
agricultural raw materials, with a permanent source of lighting, and 
a permanent source of drinking water, and the availability of 
sanitary drainage, , In addition to the machines must be stainless, 
especially in the juice project.
 
His Excellency responded to the questions and inquiries of 
students on the subject of the symposium. The seminar was 
organized by the Quality Assurance Unit and a group of 
outstanding students who are members of the faculty's quality 
team.
