Master’s Degree Discussion at Accounting Department

Master’s Degree discussion was held on Tuesday 12/7/2016 in the seminar hall of the Faculty of Commerce at Kafrelsheikh University for the researcher Ghada Handy Mohamed el Shak, administrator at Accounting Department in the presence of many staff members, assistant staff and post-graduation students as well as the researcher family and her friends.

 

The researcher was discussed in her thesis entitled:

 

“The effect of Activating the rules and mechanisms of internal corporate governance to reduce the problem of Asymmetry of information”

                                                                “Theoretical and field study”

 

Under the supervision of:

1)      Prof Dr Shawky el Saied Fouda, the professor of Accounting, the Faculty of Commerce, Kafrelsheikh University

2)      Dr Hala Abed el Fatah Ali el Agmy, lecturer at Accounting Department, the Faculty of Commerce, Kafrelsheikh University

 

Discussion and Judgment Committee for the following:

 

1)      Prof Dr Kamal Abed el Salam Ali Hasan (member and head), the professor of Accounting, the Faculty of Commerce, Mansoura University

2)      Prof Dr Reda Ibrahim Salih (internal member), the professor of Financial Accounting and the dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Kafrelsheikh University

3)      Prof Dr Shawky el Saied Fouda (supervisor and member), the professor of Accounting, the Faculty of Commerce, Kafrelsheikh University

 

The discussion began with a brief presentation from the researcher Ghada Hamdy Mohamed that summarizes the study.

 

Then, this is followed by scientific discussion lasted for two hours and a half for the researcher from the committee members.

 

Some adjustments are made during the discussion as a contribution to enriching the scientific research of the researcher.

 

The discussion resulted in the approval of the committee for the thesis and grant the researcher Master's degree announced amid the joy of the audience and taking the memorial snapshots as a documentation for this happy event.
