The Council of Community Service and Environmental Development agreed on the memorandum of the General Manager of environmental projects, concerning his proposal to introduce a new program entitled "Community participation is the entrance to the building of modern Egypt", provided that it must be a substitute for the human rights program in Egyptian universities.
