History
Faculty of Arts, Kafrelsheikh University, was founded on August 1st, 2006 in Kafrelsheikh City as a cultural minaret for the reinforcement of human intellect. It started as a branch of Faculty of Arts, Tanta University till it became independent with the establishment of Kafrelsheikh University. The faculty is committed to train specialized researchers in language, literature and humanities for community services and achieve communication between Arab culture and Western cultures. It also contributes to social development through researching for resolving community issues and plans for development strategies in various fields.
